I have this issue for a while on desktop. (Edge browser) 
I've disabled all extensions/scripts but it doesnt load. Any ideas what might cause it?

This will be due to one of your VPN or anti-virus software. Based on past reports, you probably have NordVPN or some other form of anti-virus/VPN service running in the background which is blocking that section. This may not necessarily be running in your browser, so make sure you check everything that is running in your Task Manager.
