So, i have a lil' question and that is: how much would it cost to max out a Castle or a PI (without counting the staff, but everything else yes, even the price of buying such property). And also what would be the ideal price to lease it on the rental market and on how much days should someone like you or i put it?

Not a lot of market for a castle as it cannot have the airport (so unless you're in a 10* lingerie or have the WLT stock block, you are paying for standard slow flights)

While I'm usually against redirecting someone's question to the wiki, there's quite a bit of the information you are looking for on the page for properties:

Take note that there's an Education that reduces the cost of the initial property buy, and a stock block and player company passive that reduces the cost of upgrading a property.

How much you can lease for is a market question, and you can peruse the rental property market for the current going rates.

The ROI on all this, upgrades and all, tends to be on the lower end of investment opportunities - with many stock blocks providing higher (and more consistent) income.  Those that dabble in this market are usually at a point where they have everything else already.  (That is to say, it'll be a few years before this will be useful information for you :) )

I wouldn't recommend buying either, your first goal should be to reach 2b so you can max out your bank investment, then the SYM and FHG stock benefit blocks. Unless you can find a spouse to move in and use their PIs, renting is the way to go
