How do I keep ending up on the bounty list, cant seem to do anything due to constant hospitalization from back to back bounties. Is there a system in place to have a way to block being constantly bounty targeting so I can actually do something in the game?

Havnt been able to do much of anything for the past 2 days due to the attacks
You can avoid whatever you did to earn the negative attention in the first place, or join a PSF and use job points to give yourself 72 hour bounty protection.
You can also reach out to someone in a Cyber Cafe and hire them to reveal the anonymous placer.
Probably, stop talking shit in Global and generally, keep your head down and your mouth shut. There are literally tens of thousands of players in this game, so just blend in. Ride out the storm that you are in right now. It will pass soon enough. Then just get on and play the game and remember that you have no experience, no skills, no clue.
P.S. Posting anything in the forums about getting bountied won't help and will probably get you more bounties.
At the point you had made this post you had only been bountied on two occasions:
Once on the 10th Feb for a single 2k
Once yesterday for a set of 10 bounties, each being 25k
(10 is the most a single person can place at a time without waiting for them to be used up)
It looks like you just did something to piss someone off, and they bountied you.

I guess just don't do whatever you did to annoy that person yesterday?
Just ride it out, i am being bountied and wasting a tonne of my ex faction members and faction leaders money and as abonus he keeps wasting money on delaying my flights, in long run it is more hassle to them Staff Edit: Flooding/Spamming
Maybe play the game, find a decent faction. You are not even in a job...
