How do u increase endurance faster for a job

Depends on your budget and goalsw, you can buy trains from most player-ran  companies, but they're expensive these days, though if you buy in bulk you might get a slight discount (though remember that outside of employee appreciation day you'll only get a max of 11-13 trains/day if the director maintains 10* with a high stat trainer role) - most of the time a low demand 10 star comp is best :) 

Outside of that you can join the education starter job or at least a 7* clothing, though in either of those cases you're unlikely to get other relevant perks for yourself (unless you're bulk trading and have use of the -mug amounts from 10* clothing, imo not worth it unless you're running around with 1b+ on hand a good chunk of the time and don't know how to self-hosp lol)

Get enough Intelligence (500) to apply for the City's teaching job.  Work your way up the ranks and you will gain the ability to exchange job points for work stats.  Good way to build a foundation without buying trains at a player directed company, and the final position will grant you a lifelong perk of reduced education time.
