Please make the bank capable of deposit and withdraw its not right to have to wait for you money at all. For a stupid week.... that not even realistic. Please add.

Torn bank = IRL investment
Torn Cayman bank = IRL bank
Torn Stock Market = IRL credit card
The bank only has certificates of deposit. What you want is a VAULT, which is an option in some of the higher-end houses.
but that's called bank investment, not saving account (?)
go to cayman island for saving account.
make a faction for faction vault, or company for company vault, or buy high end property for property vault if you really really need it.
you can always make a post in suggestion forums though
