No. Do not use those for anything sensitive. They are not safe. Use trustworthy paid VPNs only.
If you don't need high speed/high bandwidth, then TOR is a free alternative to VPNs. But it is very slow.
In case anyone ever comes across this thread...
If you aren't paying for the product, then you are the product. Chances are they're selling your data, running those servers commercially isn't that cheap.
create your own vpn, get a VPS, use wireguard, set up pi-hole enjoy your own adblocking vpn
Good idea... But not everyone is tech Savvy...
My suggestion is doing the paid VPN... Proton is popular as they're secure.
