- Search for 99k in the forums. There's people who provide this as a service and do scheduled jumps for a fee of a couple of edvds. You can chain off of a bunch of people to do it as a group.

It's just that it's too easy to sabotage (embargo) you if you announce you're going to do a happy jump.
The same rule applies when buying losses for that kill streak merit or when you're about to move billions of dollars. You can tell people after. And when you ask for help, stick to people you know and trust.
