Can someone please tell me the calculation on how to get back into ranked warring, apparently our strength is too low and it’s been currently 5-6 months since we’ve had a war. Ranked down from gold 1 to bronze 3 currently. That’s not including the last faction shell.

I've been in a similar situation to your faction.
The real issue is that it takes way too long for your rank to decay.
There is no specific formula (that we are aware of), but I have to imagine you'd be able to reenlist soon.

Youve barely been in that faction for 4 months, not 5-6. Your ranked will continue to decay until the system puts you in what it feels is your actual rank, it could push you right down to the bottom and have you work your way up which based on the overall stats of your faction, is very possible.
This is the second shell, the last one was the same situation. we bought another shell, once the leader handed it over and left it restricted us again. So that’s why I said 5-6 months lol
