📱 HOW TO INSTALL ON ANDROID:
1. Open the link in Chrome

Done — it lives on your home screen like any other app!
📋 HOW TO USE:
Just enter your property name, the rental start time and date (from Torn's property page), and how many days the rental is for. The app calculates the expiry and starts counting down automatically.
Built this for my own use and figured the community might find it useful too. Completely open source — code is on GitHub if anyone wants to contribute or check it out.
