I think you just make it a negative balance on the entire casino.
In example let’s say 3B is going to be stripped and is removed from them they now have a Negative current bookie holdings and they have to pay the 3B in the bookie before they can place a bet or play another casino game.

In any case, I am just replaying the story as requested by the person who asked as best I can. Remember please, I am not staff. So I have only Lust's side of the story and probably 10% of the staff's side of the story, which was made public in the fedded archives.
Even if some new staff replaced those currently working for Torn today and reviewed this case and found it was handled completely incorrectly, it would not change the fact that Lust is gone and not coming back. This is no plea for justice.
