im here just a few months in Torn and planning to hold my level at 25 by now. i think it's just better to have low level and high BS in the further.
so, anyone here is level holder? tell me why you did it? and what is the advantage of it?

Well, I did hold my levels at few intervals because I had the same idea as you, but life is the 5th battle stat and it gets annoying losing out to players at similar battle stats just because they have a few thousand life more than you.
It's pretty pointless at this point because everyone and their mother is using ffscouter or the equivalent. And you lose out on health and merits.
