I just noticed that at some point in the last 24 hours of my making this post, I received 3 emails with codes for two-factor identification. I do not recall needing to authenticate anything, and am not sure hiw concerned I should be about this. Thank you.

Your login info likely got leaked somewhere. Rotate your password for your email and Torn account.
Those are being requested from your own IP address, you can check it here. It will be PDA/Torn app or another browser where you are logged out and it is trying to log you in.
