Hello - I am curious as to how you fulfill the "accidental cause requested" in the arson crimes. Any one know?

It will depend what you have unlocked.
Just use a whichever "low suspicion" fuel that you have access to.
Accidental Arson materials are all gases and potassium nitrate and kerosene
Unless you need to pass insurance you can light it with anything you want(molotov cocktail or flamethrower) if you have to pass insurance only use the lighter because it produces the least suspicion.
