Following infos about the buggy behaviour inclding a GIF. Relevant Plugins like tampermonkey, adblock and torntools are disabled

Issue persists between restarts.

Hard to describe the issue, really no clue what is going on. This jumping happens when scrolling up or down
The gif you uploaded is not showing for me, can you please try to reupload it? Also, please try viewing the page in an incongnito/private browser and see if you can replicate it. At the moment, following your link I am not seeing anything amiss on my end.
Can you replicate the issue in Incognito window with all of your scripts and extensions turned off?
I had sent the issue with the scripts turned off already
Didnt this happen already? Iirc there was a report around that got marked as fixed with this issue
Please try again specifically in incognito mode, as in a regular browser you can still have processes running that could be interfering or causing an issue.
You can also try a different browser to see if it persists, and verify any hardware accelleration settings.
Thanks for looking into it, feel free to close. It isn't game breaking and most likely just a firefox thing.
