I had two hernias I have been playing games with insurance and Drs. They give me no time line. I never tried dealing with disability or any of that stuff. Any helpful guidance would be greatly appreciated.

what games have you been playing with insurance and if insurance is denying you to have surgery, then tell them you want medical documentation to show the people that denied you is a doctor or medical professional best bet things will change
I had an umbilical hernia repaired with mesh.
I recovered in 2 weeks. Granted, that 2 weeks was hell. But in my situation (also USA), short term disability wouldn’t kick in before I was released back to work, so I just had to use PTO & pinch Pennie’s to make it work
