What’s the best way to increase INT if I’m currently working at an AN where I get MAN and END? I’m still happy jumping so not looking to switch jobs just yet and I don’t have enough INT for the positions in the AN that require it. TIA

if you don't want to switch jobs, you should ask your company director about buying trains
if they switch your position before applying the trains, and then switch it back, you can have it train something other than the stats you get from your current position, without having to keep that position when the working stats and such are calculated each day
The quickest way would be to city jobs specifically education as you can trade jon points for intelligence 10job points for 100 intel points
When you reach principal you get Permenant reduction in education time , every day 7job points , decent daily trains and at the end of the month you can dump 210 job points as a principal into education and gain 2100 intelligence
The quickest way is to buy lots of training at a player company.
Education is good but only better than a player job for stat gains if you don't get any training. The 100 work stats for 10 jp is nice but you only get 7 jp a day and the stat gains per day is only alright. A company position with 1 train a day will give more stats. Just need to work on a way to get the growth where you want it.
To elaborate on Knirt's post above: Once you are at the highest tier for City Educator, you'll be able to earn an average of 170 work stats per day at the expense of having no passives and no JP to spend. This amounts to more than a single train per day, but less than 2.
Its a good buffer to have if you ever find yourself between jobs, but not an ideal. Also, if OP is looking for INT they are likely needing it for that City Educator to begin with.
