with 45 refills on energy/nerve, whats the best way to use it to make the most money?

with that many refills you might be able to take advantage of my "buying 500 losses for 500k" deal
45 refils equals 4,500 energy. Sell each loss at 300k and you will make 54 million.

Concur with Mikzcool. Train them all, but only after you have access to a higher happy property to get the most use from them.

Plan it out before using them. Whether it's Halloween, Elimination, happy jumps, training with Ugly Energy or a 50,000 chain. Those refills are quite useful. Don't waste them.
Beat me to it. Yes, that would be the most ideal time to use them in-and-of-itself, but waiting until then is 100% not worth it. Better to find a competent use for them ASAP.
