I cant see the blast anywhere. my stats are ok but does it happen later?

But members of the targeted faction will receive radiation poisoning and be hospitalized anywhere from 3 to 5 days as a result. Additionally Random players that are online may also be affected. It does not hospitalize everyone in torn.
