Additionally, do keep on mind that the stats depends on the position in the company, the income depends on how many stars the company has, your position, and market value or how much your director pays you as it varies. As for pay, you can search for the average pay of x type of company with y position and compare.
Also consider what your goal is, be it trains, job point perks, flat income, etc, as various companies have different strengths and so it also depends on your goals.
