It's actually possible but you to spin for more than 300-400 times to get one. Imho, don't bother with it.

It's an April Fools joke. It happens every year.
The PI is actually winnable (according to others). But it's very low probability. Even though it's on a wheel and all the sections are the same size, the probability of landing on any one place is actually not the same.
