There's a small park in the middle of the east side suburbs that's already covered in tags. This probably means it's safe to practice here, so you take out your spray and throw up a basic lineout on the bench. When you're done, you realize there's a plaque nailed to the seat in memory of someone who died. Checking the name, you see it's dedicated to Amanda Tugendchoke. Nice.
