The Mini Sleigh does not serve any purpose like a large amount of items in this game. The reason why it was worth 40m then and 120k now, is because of supply and demand really. When the item first came out, there was a much lower supply available which made it much more valuable. On the other hand, now there are over 20 thousand in circulation which would definitely reduce the price.
Thanks for answer!
