I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

 

I spun the 1m wheel as soon as new day started, i got 25 casino tokens 

went to do the slots, saw that i only have the 25 tokens i won from the wheel (although its new day but new day casino tokens still didnt tick)

started doing some spins, then at new day + 50 secs, my token reset to 75

so the tokens from the wheel basically went to waste 

 

not a big deal at all, just saw a bug and thought to report it,

Casino tokens are refilled using a script that runs around midnight, it can take a few minutes for the script to finish running for all players, so the refill does not happen exactly at midnight.  You would need to wait about 3-4 minutes after midnight (5 minutes to be safe) to get your daily casino tokens. This is known and non-resolvable behavior.
