The home page has little "+" signs to move the different sections around. On mobile it's right along the swipe path for scrolling up and down the page. More often than not this causes one to move the sections around rather than scroll. 

 

Could we get a toggle in the settings to move those pluses to the opposite side of the screen. Maybe a third option to disable them once we have the layout we like?

Agreed, and honestly, this feels more like an B&I post. I would imagine having an "Edit" mode that enables the reorganization would be the most sensible option.
