I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.
Not every time, but frequently, when I navigate to a new page with faction chat open, it scrolls itself up by 6-7 messages and won't let you type until you scroll back down.
Very tiny issue, but by god does it get under your skin :D
Can you replicate the issue in Incognito window with all of your scripts and extensions turned off?
