I believe there may be an issue with bet settlement.
Event: Astralis v FUT Esports – PGL Bucharest 2026 Playoff 2026 (A-Tier)
Market: 2-Way Full Event
Issue:
FUT Esports won the match, but my bet was refunded/voided instead of being settled as a win.
Expected Result:
Bet should be settled as a win with payout.
Actual Result:
Stake was refunded, no winnings credited.
Could you please check if this is a bug or if there is a specific rule causing this outcome?

What time did you place your bet? (It sometimes lets you place bets after the provider-defined start time)

probably few hours before the match.
I remember seeing somewhere a scheduled event start time of 3pm (15:00 TCT) which the bookies may have been using as their start time even though the match itself ended up starting later
You were still 7 minutes ahead of that time though (and this player in their thread had the same refund and had bet a few minutes earlier than you too)

oooooooooo so means despite i bet before game start still not consider win? kinda unfair though
Will need staff to double check what the provider had as their start-time, if it was 15:00 then your bets should have still counted and they can manually resettle them if that is the case.
The bet was placed after the match had already begun, hence you were refunded.

Hi sorry to barge in here but can you confirm the event start time? Youre saying 15:00 TCT and cloudjumper is claiming 14:00 TCT.
I said that I saw a 3pm event time somewhere (not in-game, was looking at some online bookies IRL) - Cloudjumper will have been looking at the times set for the event by Torn's external bookie provider, so the time he gave WILL have been the correct time that Torn's system was using.
Match was finished when you placed your bet lol
its ok. it seems according official time indeed the bet was after the game start which Im unaware.. its ok. thanks, mystery solve.. didnt really know cause im following the time given at torn bookie
Thats not possible? I placed the bet before the match started. I was watching it live on youtube.
He meant the official start time of the event from the Torn Bookies provider was before the bet had been placed.
Not that "start game" button had been clicked on CS:GO :)
