I sell Maxed PI's for 1.66bil and want to help the player named HELP with his new player housing initiative. So i'm offering an optional donation of 5m for a total of 1.665bil which will get a new player in a maxed out mansion until they can afford better.

I just started my journey as a property broker and discovered this other player named HELP who, get this, actually wants to HELP new players... it's wild. So i've been donating to help them with their goal and I discovered that there are more people who want to help out they just don't wanna be in charge of actually doing the helping, like me, they just wanna pay someone to do the helping.
So I started adding 5m to my sell price on stuff and donating a maxed mansion for every sale. Then I had the thought to make it optional so my pitch became "1.655b is my minimum but 1.66 let's me help provide new players with housing through the player named Help's new player housing initiative but the extra 5m is optional." and that has proved way more popular making it optional than just a flat fee.
So I figured I'd make a post here asking for other helpers, to help HELP help players who need HELP's help.
