Started seeing this again after a few months of things being ok since the last time it was happening. Happens when refreshing a players attack page around once per second. Noticed the attack loader has been changed from attack.php to page.php, maybe something was added that has started causing this again.

 

Tested with all addons removed and incognito mode activated and still get the same thing

Still seems to be happening, has even happened when i was removing enemy's from my enemies list pretty fast, also happened today out of no where for literally no reason at all.
