How or where can one distinguish if your current battle stats are below or above average for a certain lvl?
And then also which jumb would be suitable to use do to increase them? TIA

rule of thumb i've seen people go by is your level rank vs your battle stat rank on the hall of fame page. the closer those numbers are the better.
as far as jumps go it's whatever the one you can afford consistently without squandering your networth.
for your first question, it's pretty simple, look in the hall of fame at your level and battle stats
if your level rank is better than your battle stats rank, you have low stats for your level, and vice versa
for the second one, just do what you can afford
