I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

For a few weeks now I have noticed that the visuals on the graffiti crime are hazy, no idea why, I am using kiwi browser. There doesn't appear to be an issue when using either chrome or Firefox.

Please try clearing your cache from the browser settings, that should resolve the issue. If it does not, it is related to one of your scripts or extensions, which is why you can't see it in other browsers.
