When we read a +5% book like Brawn Over Brains and it "Permanently increases Strength by 5% (up to 10,000,000 maximum gain) after 31 days" Is that at the start of reading it, some sort of average or based on the stat value when the 31 days is over? Im under 200,000,000 but close. . .
It gives it to you as a lump sum when you finish reading the book. So if you cross over 200m while reading it, you'll get the 10m at the end of it.
