Via ranked war or market place
Main way RW weapons are introduced intro the game is via ranked war crates (Won for taking part in ranked wars)
If looking for a single weapon that is of RW quality, look at the item market, trade chat, weapon trader bazaars
Step 1: Have a lot of money
You can get them from Market , Bazaars , Auction and opening RW caches. Opening caches is just gambling though , if you have a specific bonus and weapon in mind , its just better to get it from market.
Auction house will generally be the best place for deals. If you check it once every <24 hours and look through all the pages up until what has more than 24 hours left, you won't miss anything, though it's nice to look further just to be able to place bookmark bids to watch things better while they're cheap (so you don't potentially end up having a huge chunk of change tied up for a while). You should also follow the orange and red weapon threads to see what people post in there. It's good to check often, because a lot of the cache-opening degenerates (thankfully a minority of posters there) are so desperate for the money to buy/open further caches that they'll sell their good pulls for some random offer in the first 3 hours after their posts instead of giving a single day for people to view the thread and have a chance at bidding.
It's also good to look at the item market. I'd recommend always chatting the sellers of items where possible and checking if they'll offer you a better deal in a trade, since that should save them either the 5% market fee or the vaguely 10% (or like 2.5%-ish in clothing stores) that would be lost to a mug (if not even by the item buyer, by some worthless bot user who gets a ping) after purchase off the market, or both of those things. When it's both, you can get the most significant savings (they could go up to 14.5% lower and break even with the sale off market if we go with that 10% mug assumption).
