Hello does anyone know of a spreadsheet or something to help with loaning money to people so they can max their bank investment and sharing the returns while they pay it back?

Eriall [1996225]

Why not just make one? It would only be a few fields (your money in, their money in, profit % share, current return), then the money returned to you would be the current return * profit % share.

i was thinking more along the lines of a more active one where i can predict how much made by end based on different investment periods and track repayments etc  it gets quite complicated, people do do this and i was just wondering there's already something for this out there

Not aware of one - but it would be different for every player.

(Depending on their merits and the current interest rate of each investment which is continually changing)

As for "how much they would make/owe" you can use TornTools Bank Investment to look at the current payouts at the point of the loan...

This is the spreadsheet I used while doing exactly what you are trying to do. Had someone loan be $1b and another $500m. The last page, "Bank" has what you are looking for. Just put in everyone's initial investment and their share of the profit. Only thing you'll need to do is keep track of every payment as it only tells you what you owe them at the end of the investment cycle.

Mentions: [v7.1.3] Books+Gym, SEs, Flying, $, Halloween

Just gotta make sure (assuming you are interested in the debtors bottom line as well), that the net amount they make per bank term remains more than the more lucrative stock BBs of similar price range to the loan.  If Symbiotic payouts earn more than the earnings from bank after paying the creditor, then they should be investing in that first.

Unless, of course, the debtor has close to 0 funds, in which case, any significant investment is good investment, regardless of comparative ROI 😅

One, it is either active or not (it is a passive block, not a payout block, you cannot stack them)

Edit: Also, you ony need the bonus active when you deposit the money. You could buy in advance, wait for bonus, do the bank investment, sell stocks and reinvest elsewhere until the next time...
