Why can't we separate retrieval faction permissions like we can for loaning, giving, and using? With the addition of the utilities section of the armory it would probably make a little sense to let more people retrieve those items from someone who hasn't returned it after their OC finishes, as long as they don't hop into the same role again. I dunno, just thought item type specific retrieval permissions should be a thing.
