    My partner divorced me leaving me in an awkward position 

 I have a rented PI which we both shared the fee and now she left leaving me stranded with large amounts of funds to be paid

  Conditions for partner :

  THE PI COST 50M PER MONTH (25m each/ month) Note: you'll have to pay 25m in the first week of marriage as the rent is coming to end 

 THE UPKEEP COST 140k daily (70k each)

Pi info:- happiness ---(2725 base happy)

 Has an airstrip for free and faster traveling 

No access to vault (cus it's rented not owned)

Actually the pi was an  installment agreement I'm paying to own it not just renting

Property forum is probably your best bet, but I would not trust a rent-to-own scheme in torn. Scamming is legal here. 

There’s actually one guy I know who is super legit and does it large scale. But on the whole, yeah, usually a scam waiting to happen.

I'd never agree to Rent to Own unless the person has a sterling reputation and is well known (If someone like Baldr was offering it, I'd consider), or I know the person really well and trust them implicitly.  Anyone else, and I'd be expecting a scam.

In the case of you wanting to take on a room mate though, that means your roomie is essentially getting double-scammed cause they would be paying WAY above market price for rent in order to help YOU rent-to-own, and not earning any asset of their own in the process 🤨

If you want someone to help cover costs, have them pay 400k per day, which is about the market rate of half-rent for a partially upgraded PI plus half the upkeep.
