Can you please try clearing your cache from PDA settings and see if it resolves the issue?
done, doesnt resolve it
Can you replicate the issue in a regular browser like Chrome with all of your scripts turned off?
Its normal using browser, i guess its PDA issue? Also havent tried official Torn app yet.
Edit: just remembered i uninstalled Android system webview recently cuz of webview bug, i'll reinstall it again to see if its the cause.
