How good or bad is this armor ??? Like how does this set piece work ?? Any info is appreciated ty guys

Its good to stop temp items being used on you as it reduces their effect, but i think the ones that give passive bonus to your defensive stats are more useful in most cases.

As i understand delta really excel in group fights when lot of people throwing temps and debuffs after you. I know big guys who switched from statboosting back to delta.
Reduces all negatives, not just temps. RW weapons included: Weaken, Slow, etc.
But notably not distraction! So it's not super helpful in group attacks aside from the smokes and tears being thrown
If you run a dex build and can't yet afford a 5b Vanguard Respirator but want something better than a riot helm, Delta might be where you land. It blocks the same 3 temps as the Vanguard but at 1/3 the cost and with a different, less desirable, perk.
