is there any tool that can tell you the correct price to buy Flushies as a trader? to resell in the form of points?

As low as possible...
I mean, it'd be less than 15 points * last recent peak of point value? which is currently ~489,435 seems pretty simple to calc in the grand scheme of things ... but I'm not a trader. unless you're taking museum day into account for the extra 10% points next year.
If I understand you correctly, you can use this along with the Points Market to help build your own price-list.
Open a second tab on the item market / plushies.
Set your price $1 below the low price.
Tip: If the base price is a round thousand, somebody has almost certainly depressed the market by a distance. Buy them, add them to your sale at the new base price after you've bought the cheapest.
