Per the logs, you have purchased 1x Subscription and 1x Donator pack which have both been credited to your account. Are you saying that you have purchased 2 donator packs AND a subscription?

Oh I didnt realize these were different? I was looking to buy x2 donator packs. It may be my mistake.
Donator packs are tradeable items. You can use them to get 31 days of donator status or sell them to get money in game. Subscription is non-tradeable, gets you 31 days of donator days and 2 special items per month. The details are available on the Donator page.

I paid my monthly subscription but didnt get my donator pack ???
Subscription does not give donator pack, it automatically gives you the bonuses of using a donator pack, plus some extra subscriber perks on top.
