Hi everyone hope your all doing well.

I was looking for opinions on level holding in 2016 is there any real benefit nowadays with all external tools to help see est stats is there any real benefit of holding?

update I have leveled up thanks everyone

Is there any benefit? Smurf weapons that cost 30-50b+. Other than that, no, there is no reason to level hold. Back in the day if you were too high a level people would farm you for XP, but now there are hundreds of inactive accounts to hit so active players don't get farmed for XP unless they're CockyNudist who has never used the gym.

Level holding is bad, you are handycapping youzr self by having super low life. Smurf cannons in theory would make you to the ultimate glasscannon but prices are high and smurf benefits are only kicking in when the level of your opponent is high enough. Early on and temporaly it might work to farm easy defends. Newbs often dont look enough and often dont use the tools so you get a decent amount of defends.

Some are pretty major, but some drawbacks are too.

End of the day though, you can have a 100b gun and 10b dex, or 100b in dex from stat enhancers.

If you're talking holding at 49 you could somewhat mitigate the missing HP drawback and do over 250% bonus damage. So it's definitely worth if you ignore the price tag on a gun but ignoring that price tag is a huge ask. That's 4,000 Donor packs, or $16,000 USD for my gun.

In 2016 it was a valid strategy.

10 years later, not so much (most players have tools or extensions that let you see stat estimates, and the whole "giving much less respect in wars" was fixed.
