It is small bug, but it kinda annoy me to see it
So when i changed loadout from my second loadout to first loadout
I find that there is log for the every equipment will i equip, but there is one log that i use an item in my log that i even didn't use on my loadout, i even didn't have that item

Its not an item, its hairstyle which you can check here.
Probably not a bug.
Closed per above, it is a hairstyle that is assigned to the loadout.
