Rendering of hospital message - JSON response shown

I realise this is an incorrect link, but it's one a staff member provided in a forum post. When I clicked it while in hospital, the message never rendered properly 

Obviously given an invalid link, which is supposed to link to the TTT sign ups, not sure if this is supposed to go to a 404, be blocked from hospital or just redirect to main forum index

no idea how they created that link with the extra http in there (but it being there means that it doesn't match the "allow pages that start with this" rule) - the issue is how/why they created that link, rather than why was it blocked?
