Why was this young man left to lay and die by the police? Why has no leftists on Torn spoke a word about this? No thread? Nothing? For a young man allowed to die by neglectful police?
Why did the police tell a stab victim "I don't think you have, mate", when a victim tells them they were stabbed. Why was it their protocol to cuff the kid bleeding out, and not the man who stabbed him multiple times?

I did take a look and it’s certainly a pretty massive policy failure, terrible that it lead to this young man to lose his life. I would certainly hope they review and make changes to whatever policy could’ve possibly lead to this scenario.
