When it says to win that much, it means as profit.
If you paid 2m and "won" 2m, you didn't actually win anything, you broke even.
Edit: The reason it looks confusing is that the log text says you "won" that much. If the logs were reworded slightly to be more like the following, it wouldn't look like it is bugged:
You bet $2,000,000 on Multiple bets on the roulette wheel and received $3,000,000 when the number landed on 22, a win of $1,000,000.
You bet $2,000,000 on Multiple bets on the roulette wheel and received $2,000,000 when the number landed on 22, a win of $0.
You bet $2,000,000 on Multiple bets on the roulette wheel and received $1,000,000 when the number landed on 22, a loss of $1,000,000.
hmm, did they change how that worked? because I remember it working this way for years.
How about the High-Low bit?
It has been like this for as long as I have been playing.
Whatever you used as the initial bet is taken out of the rewards and if still positive counts towards the mission.
How much were your bets on the two H/L matches?
