I sold all my graffiti cans a few days ago only is says i cane still use it in my graffiti crimes but i dont have that cans anymore

This is intended and not a bug - once a can is selected from the pop-up, it is removed from the inventory and added to your crime system. You are using the cans that you have added to the system and no longer have in your inventory.
