• A significant boost during your early days in Torn
Why Only 30 Days?
The Villa is intended to be a stepping stone, not a destination.
The lease is limited to 30 days so that more new players can benefit from the program. By the end of the lease, the goal is for you to have built enough progress to move on to the next stage of the game.
For most active players, that next stage is renting a Private Island with an Airstrip, which provides both excellent happiness and travel convenience. Once you're able to sustain one, it usually makes more sense than remaining in a Villa.
This program exists to help you get there faster.
