So i need to interrogate a player to get the safe code. Only after i did that i cant find a safe code. Anybody who can help me with this

Do what Duke says.
You need to attack the specific person and interrogate them, but they will not always give the code up. You also have to record it down, it is not put in any kind of logs. Or you can try this script to brute force your way through the safe.

Yes, you keep attacking and interrogating until you get the code.
Make sure to memorize the code or write it down because you can't find it anywhere else. You'd have to attack and interrogate them again to get the code again.
I've been told, and personally found, that dragging out the fight to take more rounds can help. Get them low, spam a pillow, then finish them off on round 20 or higher. That should improve your odds, but also I'm not 100% sure if anyone save for the developers know exactly how that missions mechanics work.
It is pure RNG.
I do not have proof against your claim, but it is intended to be simply random.
I guess there is X chance to get the code and Y to not get it.
The script posted above works if you have the time and dont want to waste E at all.
