As you can see below, I have a question regarding Value. What Metric determines this? Why does this one show, but not others?

There is a secretary position in the company where you are working. Director would be able to see details ie value in money for all. Probably this is your stats and you are able to see this.
This shows how much company income an employee creates in their current position. It is irrelevant for employees, except for negotiation purposes maybe.
Some companies need 'secretary' roles for aiding with sales and with a secretary role, it gives value on the company positions that produce an income and how much that is. With a rig, most employees go towards producing stock, so don't have a 'value' as such, some are the sales roles and therefore have an easily defined value. However it doesn't mean someone is worth £19m as your example, that was their sales contribution to the days sales, same as someone like in your role who wouldn't have a value, doesn't mean you're worth nothing as you produce the stock for this person to sell.
