I want to make a script that will allow you to select all but the best stat weapon to sell to Big Al. Is that script legal by the definition from Chedburn? The intention here is to ease inventory management and selecting undesireable weapons in a more manageable manner.

Sounds okay to me, toggling the checkbox next to items doesn't send any network requests, so toggling them on/off via a script should not be against any rules.
