I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.
I was attempting an Arson Job and managed to stoke a fire twice at 99% yet it failed to reach 100%
The Hydrogen brought it from 95% to 99%, I then used the Methane and Oxygen after that point yet it stayed at 99%.
With the amount of spread of the materials used, shouldn't it have reached 100%?
If this is normal behaviour then I apologise even if it personally does not make sense to me.
There's no bug here. I have already mentioned it here, Ched has also responded to this query before. If you are not reaching 100% damage, you are literally leaving a spot unburnt and you have to Stoke the fire to get that last bit.

It reached 99% from the Hydrogen. I then stoked the fire twice with no progress from 99% to 100%
That... was the point of this post since I was aware of what you just linked. I did stoke it, twice, and it never moved from 99%.
